Exhibition Overview

In anticipation of the forthcoming release of No Time to Die—the twenty-fifth instalment in the James Bond franchise—local film poster enthusiast Dan Miles has assembled a portion of his personal collection paying tribute to the spy legend. Moreover, there’s a Whitby connection. 007-creator Ian Fleming trained in espionage at the area’s covert Camp X.

Dan is more than a collector— he owns a poster restoration business called Backing to the Future. To date, he and his team of local Durham artists have restored hundreds of posters for clients worldwide. To find out more please visit:  backingtothefuture.com.
