Registration & Cancellation

Station Gallery works hard to provide high-quality and high-demand arts opportunities to residents of Whitby and beyond. Program details are available online [Link to Learn section]and in the seasonal Town of Whitby Activity Guide.



Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Station Gallery accepts cash, Visa or MasterCard, debit or personal cheque (made payable to Station Gallery). Online registration through the Town of Whitby [Link to Town of Whitby website whitby.ca], accessible via our website, is available and payable by credit card.


Wait list

If a course is full, additional registrants can be placed on a waiting list and will be notified by phone or email if a spot becomes available. Wait-list registrants will have 24 hours to provide full payment to secure their spot before the next person on the wait list is contacted.


Course Cancellations and Refunds

Despite our best planning, sometimes the Gallery must cancel or alter classes, dates/times or costs, and we reserve the right to do so. If a registrant is no longer able to participate in a program they previously registered for, due to a change that SG makes, a full credit/refund will be granted.


If a registrant withdraws from a program more than seven days prior to the start date, a full credit/refund will be issued.


If a registrant withdraws three to seven days prior to the start date, a credit in the amount of the course cost, minus a $20 administrative fee, will be issued to the participant’s account.


There will be NO REFUND to participants who withdraw 48 hours or less prior to a program start date.

Camp Cancellation

All full-week March Break & Summer Camp sessions

Station Gallery must be notified of any camp cancellations more than 30 days prior to the session start date for a full credit/refund to be issued without penalty.


Cancellations with less than 30 days of written notice will be subject to a $30 administrative fee. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations requested 7 days or less prior to a session start date.

Shipping, Exchanges & Returns


We accept returns. You can return unworn or unopened items in the original packaging with tags on within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.


Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at art@stationgallery.ca



We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at art@stationgallery.ca with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.




Event Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.




All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via Canada Post. Shipping is within Canada only.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
