The Wonderful World of Henna

Learn the ancient form of Henna, also called Mehndi, in this fun and lively workshop. Henna/Mehndi is a natural dye from plant extract and is used to colour skin, hair, nails, toes or even fabrics. Popular in South Asia and the Middle East, Henna/Mehndi is used to dye hair or feet as a natural coolant during the summer or to celebrate special occasions like weddings, festivals, baby showers, etc. Instructor, Gargi Trivedi, will cover the basics of design, the process of making Henna, and how to apply to create satisfying results in this popular workshop.
